The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some careless play in the Isótopos V.M. defense, Enzo Berart kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luciano Anaya. The Isótopos V.M. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luciano Anaya should have stopped the shot. 8 minutes into the match, Spams's goalkeeper Dražen Ladić had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ladislao Abeita. In the 10th minute Spams were awarded a corner. Domingos Beila went to the cornerflag to take it. A collision led to Spams getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Pascual Tonio hit a great ball. Milton Giménez came free with the goalkeeper in the 16th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Dražen Ladić could save by the left post. Milton Giménez made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 16thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Dražen Ladić would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Domingos Beila kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Milton Giménez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Isótopos V.M.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Milton Giménez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dražen Ladić breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Domingos Beila took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luciano Anaya. Luciano Anaya dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After 31 minutes of play, Spams's Domingos Beila made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luciano Anaya was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dražen Ladić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Milton Giménez in the 37th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dario Errapel during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Dario Errapel kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Spams's Dražen Ladić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ladislao Abeita in the 39th minute of play. Dražen Ladić was out of position in the 43 minute of play, and Ladislao Abeita capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ladislao Abeita really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Milton Giménez made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Milton Giménez in the 62nd minute of play forced Spams's goalkeeper Dražen Ladić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Isótopos V.M. booed when Spams was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cecilio Telesforo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luciano Anaya came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Spams's Enzo Berart. But to his dismay, Enzo Berart quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Enzo Berart in the 82ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Luciano Anaya, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 94th match minute, Isótopos V.M. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raul Montrell to maneuver through the defense.
