After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Jan Hedkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ertan Dadaloğlu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ardahan Çelebioğlu in the 25th minute of play forced FC Bullen's goalkeeper Staffan Julin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 36 played minutes FC Bullen got a freekick which was hit by Harry Gullesson. Staffan Julin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Savaş Ali, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Andreas Ekblom made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Jan Hedkvist ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ertan Dadaloğlu was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Staffan Julin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Necati Daman, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. 55 minutes into the game, Ivar Holm was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. In the 72nd minute Andreas Ekblom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ertan Dadaloğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Staffan Julin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ardahan Çelebioğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Staffan Julin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ardahan Çelebioğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tolga Tur in the 114thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Staffan Julin, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.

When it was time for second half in the overtime, the players were a bit slow, but they soon became more alert when it was time for Andreas Ekblom to make the kick off. 124 minutes into the match, Ardahan Çelebioğlu notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of FC Bullen's Staffan Julin. Staffan Julin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
