The audience was convinced that Edmundo Espiga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Janek Tomek was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, García Cuervas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Comanche EC's supporters rose to their feet, but García Cuervas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lautaro Navarro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 73rd minute, Witold Blochowiak left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Comanche EC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Witold Blochowiak couldn't finish the play. Comanche EC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
