Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Axel Tasis in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Karl-Magnus Brummer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Costa Rica booed when Dynamo Strandnäs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerrie Mühren didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience held their breath when Axel Tasis in the 8th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Karl-Magnus Brummer's left hand side. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaroslaw Majkowski in the 11th minute of play. Benito Sanz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rutger Kellbom in the 12th minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jaroslaw Majkowski made a kick off. Jaroslaw Majkowski scored 3-0 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 54 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Jaroslaw Majkowski came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Abel Carballo hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Casper Johnsson took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. There was no doubt that Dynamo Strandnäs were the better team. Dynamo Strandnäs's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
