Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Axel Tasis took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 2nd match minute, Unicorns ™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Codrin Boc to maneuver through the defense. Calistrat Mihalcea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. Iustinian Petre hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. 10 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Tudor Bodea came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Alan Moruga hit a great ball. If Codrin Boc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 14 minutes into the match, Tudor Bodea had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tudor Bodea was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 17th minute, Costa Rica's Aaron Alcocer dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Codrin Boc in the 22nd minute of play. Eliseo Noboa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isac Drâmba having to interfere. If Lautaro Puig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Codrin Boc took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. After having played for 35 minutes, Tudor Bodea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Unicorns ™'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Tudor Bodea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tudor Bodea in the 40th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute, Alan Moruga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tudor Bodea in the 42nd minute of play. In the 43rd match minute, Unicorns ™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iustinian Petre to maneuver through the defense. During the 44th minute of the match Iustinian Petre completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Iustinian Petre a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 44th match minute, Unicorns ™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iustinian Petre to maneuver through the defense. Isac Drâmba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Tasis, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Codrin Boc stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Isac Drâmba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Tasis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lautaro Puig kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Eliseo Noboa took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Isac Drâmba. Isac Drâmba dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Codrin Boc stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Codrin Boc tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lautaro Puig might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Isac Drâmba. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lautaro Puig ran back to his position shaking his head. Unicorns ™'s Isac Drâmba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Tasis in the 69th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Unicorns ™'s Mugur Siniştean got a free kick in the 70th minute. Eliseo Noboa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Axel Tasis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Costa Rica's supporters rose to their feet, but Axel Tasis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isac Drâmba breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lautaro Puig hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Codrin Boc received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Unicorns ™ defense, Alan Moruga kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Isac Drâmba. The Unicorns ™ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Isac Drâmba should have stopped the shot. Lautaro Puig kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Lautaro Puig hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Costa Rica were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Unicorns ™ for a fine match.
