Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Francisco Seco made the kick off which started today's match. Gerard Daamen might have been able to make a better finish in the 4th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joaquin Gayoso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gerard Daamen ran back to his position shaking his head. A hard shot 7 in the game by Gerard Daamen from a close distance when the talented Joaquin Gayoso managed to make a qualified save. Uruguay's players were relieved. A collision led to Boca Gregorian Juniors getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Wim Oldenborger hit a great ball. Boca Gregorian Juniors's Artemio Domenech played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Seco in the 13th minute of play. Maximiliano Escribano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Artemio Domenech tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 15 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Demy Salens. Artemio Domenech took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Seco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maju Gigante took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joaquin Gayoso. Joaquin Gayoso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. With a little luck, Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso got control of the ball when Gerard Daamen tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Francisco Seco in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Artemio Domenech saved Boca Gregorian Juniors from getting behind. A.J. Reitsma hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. With his leg Joaquin Gayoso managed to avoid a goal in the 29thth minute, when Boca Gregorian Juniors's Demy Salens fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 30th minute Boca Gregorian Juniors were awarded a corner. Robbie Ijksma went to the cornerflag to take it. Gerard Daamen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Gayoso having to interfere. Joaquin Gayoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maju Gigante's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. When Boca Gregorian Juniors's Maju Gigante in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Uruguay's goalie prevented a goal. If Francisco Seco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Maju Gigante made the kick off in the second half. Maximiliano Escribano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artemio Domenech having to interfere. In the 57th minute Wim Oldenborger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Boca Gregorian Juniors's Maju Gigante in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Uruguay's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Seco in the 61st minute of play forced Boca Gregorian Juniors's goalkeeper Artemio Domenech to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Demy Salens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Francisco Seco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Artemio Domenech having to make a save. Artemio Domenech made an important save on a dangerous shot by Francisco Seco in the 67th minute. 70 minutes into the match, Gerard Daamen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. Uruguay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gerard Daamen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Francisco Seco made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 83rdth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Artemio Domenech would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Uruguay's Alberto Gisbert managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Wilfried Westerhof in the 86 minute of the game. In the 90th minute, Robbie Ijksma hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Demy Salens in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joaquin Gayoso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Boca Gregorian Juniors were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Uruguay for a fine match.
