Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. 17 minutes into the game, Geovanni Araújo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, FC Pierońskie Hanysy's Šahzudin Burić got a free kick in the 19th minute. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Jose Correa hit a great ball. A hard shot by Zbyszek Sokol from long distance, 24 minutes into the match, got Jonathan Ferrant's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Venezuela's attentive Alex Chicote managed to snatch the ball when Šahzudin Burić made a throw-in in the 54th minute of the game. Salvador Gisbert kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geovanni Araújo, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 65th minute, Rigoberto Mina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Pierońskie Hanysy made a substitution. Lucjan Klimkiewicz replaced Miromir Burdalski. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Holger Ettur's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Holger Ettur in the 95th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Venezuela players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FC Pierońskie Hanysy.
