Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Sunkens Surtröjor's Victor Blom started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Sokol Narev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luz Tejedor, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ke Zheng Feng in the 6th minute of play. The throw-in from Error Uchiha in the 11th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sunkens Surtröjor's goalkeeper Sokol Narev, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The throw-in from Error Uchiha in the 14th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. Julian Murillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sokol Narev having to interfere. In the 17th minute of the match, Milagros Fraga got a very nice opportunity to score, but Sokol Narev was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 19 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sunkens Surtröjor's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luz Tejedor was slow to take the kick. During this time Peru's players had a chance to rest. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frans Alström in the 24th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Frans Alström scored 0-1 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rolando Noboa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 32nd minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sokol Narev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 34th minute of play forced Sunkens Surtröjor's goalkeeper Sokol Narev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th minute of the match Peru got a corner. Sunkens Surtröjor's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luz Tejedor ran over to the corner to take the kick. 39 minutes into the match, Sunkens Surtröjor's goalkeeper Sokol Narev had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julian Murillo. Luz Tejedor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sokol Narev having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Peru's Julian Murillo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sokol Narev. That made the score 1-1 after 44 minutes of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Sunkens Surtröjor's Gylippus Panayiotopoulos was substituted for Evelio Loi. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Julian Murillo to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frans Alström got free with Rolando Noboa in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Peru's Rolando Noboa got control of the ball when Frans Alström tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sokol Narev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 62nd minute of play. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Blom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 76 minutes Sunkens Surtröjor's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luz Tejedor who took care of the corner kick. Alonso Berganza made a great header on Peru's corner, it was just that Sunkens Surtröjor's Sokol Narev managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 83rd minute Luz Tejedor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sokol Narev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Peru's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Eliseo Mina in the 87th minute. The corner ended in Alonso Berganza almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Sunkens Surtröjor's Sokol Narev did a great save. 88 minutes into the match, Sunkens Surtröjor's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Gallo came free, but Sokol Narev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sokol Narev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseo Mina in the 93rd minute of play. After 94 minutes Sunkens Surtröjor's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eliseo Mina who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Eliseo Mina got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Sokol Narev quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anton Galle in the 96th minute of the match. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Peru players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
