An unexpectedly hard shot by Julio Chicote in the 37th minute of play forced Vuitto 2019's goalkeeper Abuzer Filiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aureliusz Majorski hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Mario Fernandino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Abuzer Filiz made a huge save. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Artur Zjawin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Chants of Vuitto 2019 echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Bolivia had held the ball for most of the match.
