Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off. Cristian Sancho might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Roch Olchawa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristian Sancho ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind ACR SA's goalkeeper Roch Olchawa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 8th minute, Ludomir Grucza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Roch Olchawa made a huge save. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind ACR SA's goalkeeper Roch Olchawa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Roch Olchawa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. 20 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roch Olchawa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fred-Marc Firmino in the 24th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the game, Fred-Marc Firmino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Julio Vera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 29 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Zorko Hendrickx came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, ACR SA's Roch Olchawa got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roch Olchawa having to interfere. After a rather tough play, ACR SA's Waclaw Dranka got a free kick in the 38th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 40th minute of play forced ACR SA's goalkeeper Roch Olchawa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Zorko Hendrickx made the kick off in the second half. Roch Olchawa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 57th minute, Daniel Zorita made a precise shot to the right of Roch Olchawa. ACR SA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. ACR SA's Roch Olchawa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 60th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roch Olchawa. ACR SA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Fred-Marc Firmino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. A nice corner shot did that Zorko Hendrickx got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Julio Vera quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 69 minutes into the game, Kuddusî Tozan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ACR SA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. The supporters of Ecuador booed when ACR SA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kuddusî Tozan didn't get a good kick on the ball. ACR SA's Roch Olchawa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 70th minute of play. Waclaw Dranka could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. A collision led to ACR SA getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Waclaw Dranka hit a great ball. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Roch Olchawa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fred-Marc Firmino in the 78thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Julio Vera, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Bogumil Dziurowicz managed to get in a good position for a shot. ACR SA's supporters rose to their feet, but Bogumil Dziurowicz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zorko Hendrickx got free with Julio Vera in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 83 minutes into the match, Zorko Hendrickx had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zorko Hendrickx was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. In the 92nd minute Agustín Saelices shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roch Olchawa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zorko Hendrickx fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Despite being the better team, Ecuador failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
