Chile's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mariano Lacasa in the 41st minute. Chile's Mariano Lacasa was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Przemyslaw Winnicki in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With his leg Thiago Pliego managed to avoid a goal in the 43rdth minute, when Skrwa Sikórz's Zula Bielatowicz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Przemyslaw Winnicki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orlando Casaus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Skrwa Sikórz booed when Chile was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Indiano didn't get a good kick on the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zula Bielatowicz made a kick off. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zula Bielatowicz in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 55th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Przemyslaw Winnicki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee ignored Skrwa Sikórz's protests and gave Slawomir Osikowicz a yellow card for diving instead.
