Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Joel Gaona started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd minute, Felix Luque hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo got a free kick in the 11th minute. Alberto Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miguel Ángel Santoro having to interfere. Miguel Ángel Santoro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Mancebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chacarita Futsal's Xesc Labarra got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 26 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Leoz. Miguel Ángel Santoro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes into the match, Chacarita Futsal's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Miguel Ángel Santoro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, Chacarita Futsal's goal looked a bit too open when Facundo Cadaval came free, but Miguel Ángel Santoro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th minute Facundo Cadaval shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Ángel Santoro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Xesc Labarra sent off a good shot on target. Dante Lacasa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Xesc Labarra went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Lautaro Mancebo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Miguel Ángel Santoro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, Chacarita Futsal's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Miguel Ángel Santoro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Facundo Cadaval managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Facundo Cadaval was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Miguel Ángel Santoro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Esteve Paublo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Facundo Cadaval in the 47th minute of play forced Chacarita Futsal's goalkeeper Miguel Ángel Santoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Xesc Labarra to make the kick off. After having played for 51 minutes, Joel Gaona managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joel Gaona was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Chacarita Futsal's Miguel Ángel Santoro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Chacarita Futsal from getting a goal against them. Alberto Tafalla's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Miguel Ángel Santoro firmly grabbed it by the left post. Miguel Ángel Santoro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 69th minute of play. With a little luck, Chacarita Futsal's Miguel Ángel Santoro got control of the ball when Alberto Tafalla tried to sneak it across the goal line. Xesc Labarra struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Dante Lacasa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chacarita Futsal. Miguel Ángel Santoro came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Facundo Cadaval. But to his dismay, Facundo Cadaval quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. With a little luck, Chacarita Futsal's Miguel Ángel Santoro got control of the ball when Facundo Cadaval tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alberto Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miguel Ángel Santoro having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Tafalla got free with Miguel Ángel Santoro in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 88th minute, Facundo Cadaval ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Miguel Ángel Santoro was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Chacarita Futsal's Evaristo Perez was substituted for Genaro Min. Mexico played a much better game than Chacarita Futsal and deserved their victory. The Chacarita Futsal players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
