Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Koby Wright took the kick off in the first half of the match. Akis Sarafis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rohan Watson, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. In the 8th minute Nikos Sterpis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jax Williamson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, AFC Ajax's goal looked a bit too open when Koby Wright came free, but Akis Sarafis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to AFC Ajax getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Lakis Tsopakis hit a great ball. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Lambis Zacharatos advanced and headed the ball into goal, 0-1 in the 18th minute. 21 minutes into the match, AFC Ajax's goal looked a bit too open when Jan Dixon came free, but Akis Sarafis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute of the match, Richard Mccarthy tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Akis Sarafis saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. AFC Ajax's Akis Sarafis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Koby Wright in the 24th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Jan Dixon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Akis Sarafis was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. Jax Williamson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michelangelo Merganiotis, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Richard Mccarthy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Canada's supporters rose to their feet, but Richard Mccarthy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Akis Sarafis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Nikos Sterpis made the kick off in the second half. A sloppy throw-in by Omiros Fasoulas in the 51st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Canada's Luka Harris. AFC Ajax's Akis Sarafis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Koby Wright in the 53rd minute of play. AFC Ajax's Markos Seremetidis was substituted for Nikos Sterpis. Canada made a substitution. Filip Edwards replaced Koby Wright. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filip Edwards in the 63rd minute of play forced AFC Ajax's goalkeeper Akis Sarafis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Akis Sarafis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Dixon in the 66th minute of play. Akis Sarafis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Richard Mccarthy, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. In the 68th match minute, AFC Ajax was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aureo Morera to maneuver through the defense. Canada's Theo Burton was substituted for Rohan Watson. But to his dismay, Jan Dixon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jan Dixon in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Akis Sarafis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 94 minutes, Jan Dixon made it 3-2 with a short kick to the right side. AFC Ajax's Akis Sarafis tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Canada's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
