After 7 played minutes TR - UYANIŞ KIZILELMA - got a freekick which was hit by Orkun Kotuz. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arno Jahe in the 15th minute of play. 16 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Akif Eğriöz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Sandu Cenușă kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Akif Eğriöz having to interfere. A hard shot 25 in the game by Sandu Cenușă from a close distance when the talented Julio Vera managed to make a qualified save. Ecuador's players were relieved. Orkun Kotuz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kıraç Otay kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. In the 38th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Akif Eğriöz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 41 minutes into the game, Antonio Arias was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ecuador's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave TR - UYANIŞ KIZILELMA - the free kick. Kıraç Otay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Orkun Kotuz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sandu Cenușă, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 47th minute Sandu Cenușă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The TR - UYANIŞ KIZILELMA - players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sandu Cenușă made a kick off. When TR - UYANIŞ KIZILELMA -'s Arno Jahe in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ecuador's goalie prevented a goal. 56 minutes into the match, TR - UYANIŞ KIZILELMA -'s goalkeeper Akif Eğriöz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sandu Cenușă in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arno Jahe, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. In the 73rdth minute of the game Sandu Cenușă who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sandu Cenușă in the 78th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Akif Eğriöz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Felix Montenegro received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Akif Eğriöz came out and tried to block the shot, but Felix Montenegro slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 84th minute. Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Akif Eğriöz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. In the 91st minute Sandu Cenușă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by TR - UYANIŞ KIZILELMA -'s Sandu Cenușă. But to his dismay, Sandu Cenușă quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3.
