The México Eterno MZC fans' excitement grew in the 10th match minute when México Eterno MZC's Aristide Ciuvică looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 14th minute Diego Ribas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, México Eterno MZC's goal looked a bit too open when Abram Sarmiento came free, but Jailson Aparecido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 19 minutes into the game, Colombia's Axel Montenegro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jailson Aparecido made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Jailson Aparecido took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santino Seco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25th match minute, Colombia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Indiano to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aristide Ciuvică got free with Pedro Manzanares in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Colombia's Pedro Manzanares got control of the ball when Aristide Ciuvică tried to sneak it across the goal line. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abram Sarmiento stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Axel Montenegro struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Jailson Aparecido didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Colombia. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valter Malekin in the 55th minute of play. Allan Gallin made in the 58th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Colombia's Kevin Mastache. Axel Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Jailson Aparecido made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 63rd minute of play forced México Eterno MZC's goalkeeper Jailson Aparecido to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kevin Mastache was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 97th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The Colombia players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
