Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Paulo Dibala started the match with the kick off. Paulo Dibala's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jonathan Ferrant firmly grabbed it by the left post. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paulo Dibala's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. In the 13th minute, Salvador Gisbert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 18 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Dibala came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Nunez Jerrold in the 20 minute of the game. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justino Stanislao having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Suipacha FC's Paulo Dibala slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 1-0 after 27 minutes of play. Paulo Dibala took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. In the 38th minute Paulo Dibala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paulo Dibala in the 39th minute. The audience was convinced that Paulo Dibala's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Nunez Jerrold in the 46 minute of the game. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomas Illescas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Suipacha FC's Paulo Dibala. But to his dismay, Paulo Dibala quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 60th minute Paulo Dibala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Suipacha FC's zone, Patricio Costa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Justino Stanislao came out of the goal and Patricio Costa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 65th minute, Paulo Dibala left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Suipacha FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Langoni in the 69th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Costa to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Paulo Dibala stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Paulo Dibala tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jose Correa hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. The supporters of Suipacha FC booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillermo Mariano didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Guillermo Mariano got a free kick in the 79th minute. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Preston Keato stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Preston Keato tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paulo Dibala in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 92 minutes into the game, Suipacha FC's Paulo Dibala nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Suipacha FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Venezuela had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
