Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Eduardo Holguin made the kick off which started today's match. Raimundo Lascano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 17 minutes into the game, Guillermo Mariano threw the ball into play from the sideline. CD Suscal's Caicedo Gorvea quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. CD Suscal's Raimundo Lascano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 19th minute of play. Raimundo Lascano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Salvador Gisbert got a throw-in 22 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Patricio Costa. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Illescas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raimundo Lascano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Raimundo Lascano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 27th minute of the match. CD Suscal's Silvio Ilisarri quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Salvador Gisbert, made in the 33rd minute of the game. A sloppy throw-in by Salvador Gisbert in the 35th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by CD Suscal's Xines Merida. After 37 minutes of play, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Raimundo Lascano was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match clock showed 42 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Tomas Illescas sped through CD Suscal's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Raimundo Lascano. After 45 played minutes CD Suscal got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Elizondo. In the 46th minute of the match Tomas Illescas shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Raimundo Lascano showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Tomas Illescas might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Raimundo Lascano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Illescas ran back to his position shaking his head. 55 minutes into the match, Tomas Illescas dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Raimundo Lascano, 0-3. After 58 played minutes CD Suscal got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Holguin. Raimundo Lascano made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. In the 64th minute, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. Camilo Gaos made in the 68th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by CD Suscal's Maximiliano Carranza. In the 69th minute, Tomas Illescas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 74th minute, Venezuela's Patricio Costa dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. Raimundo Lascano made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. Raimundo Lascano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 81st minute of play. Patricio Costa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raimundo Lascano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomas Illescas went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. When the final whistle sounded Venezuela left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than CD Suscal.
