The referee showed Patricio Costa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Patricio Costa hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. After having played for 13 minutes, Çakır Baycan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Predators's supporters crossed their fingers, but Çakır Baycan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 21 played minutes Predators got a freekick which was hit by Zbyszko Glembin. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Çakır Baycan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 29 minutes, Rigoberto Mina mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the Predators players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 30 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Mina. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cyryl Bojanowski got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 40 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Çakır Baycan came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st minute Lisandro Valente shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 45 minutes into the match, Predators's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Semir Jakubović reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Illescas was the one to do the kick off. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Buğra Tuğlu couldn't finish the play. After 73 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Gaos. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Çakır Baycan in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. Cyryl Bojanowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Çakır Baycan in the 79th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lisandro Valente, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Predators getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Hamit Babürşah hit a great ball. Marcel Freitas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Predators fully deserved thier win.
