Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Hannes Jamieson kicked off to start the match. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Urmas Känsäkangas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A sloppy throw-in by Edward Scigan in the 11th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Venezuela's Salvador Gisbert. Edward Scigan charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edward Scigan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 14 played minutes SK Gullegem got a freekick which was hit by Edward Scigan. In the 20th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Costa to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the game, Bruno Renan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SK Gullegem's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 23rd minute of the game. One of SK Gullegem:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Venezuela:s goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mathias-Alexander Jamieson got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. SK Gullegem's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Bruno Renan in the 34th minute. Mathias-Alexander Jamieson might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mathias-Alexander Jamieson ran back to his position shaking his head. 37 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Urmas Känsäkangas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 38 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Mathias-Alexander Jamieson came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of SK Gullegem booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Gaos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Ferrant was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Bruno Renan. In the 45th minute of the match, Hannes Jamieson got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jonathan Ferrant was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Illescas to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Tomas Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tomas Illescas made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 58thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Urmas Känsäkangas would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. In the 63rd minute Mathias-Alexander Jamieson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 64th of the match, Patricio Costa tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Urmas Känsäkangas got in the way and made a wonderful save. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hannes Jamieson's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edward Scigan went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hannes Jamieson in the 78th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Mathias-Alexander Jamieson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Mathias-Alexander Jamieson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mathias-Alexander Jamieson in the 85th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Hannes Jamieson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With his leg Urmas Känsäkangas managed to avoid a goal in the 96thth minute, when Venezuela's Tomas Illescas fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. SK Gullegem's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
