Jose Correa hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. 21 minutes into the game, Anselmo Baresi lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Jonathan Ferrant. Fausto Di Giambattista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 24th minute of the match. Patricio Costa hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Fausto Di Giambattista tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to DESTROYER getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Fausto Di Giambattista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Costa in the 90th minute of the match. Venezuela were awarded a corner in the 92th minute after DESTROYER's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tomas Illescas took the corner. DESTROYER's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
