Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tomas Berganza took the kick off in the first half of the match. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zlatko Zahovič in the 7th minute of play. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Eleven Young Elephants's goalkeeper Aaron Tanti, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 10thth minute of the game Tomas Berganza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Eleven Young Elephants's Aaron Tanti was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 21 minutes, Enzo Perez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Eleven Young Elephants and the Panama players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 21st match minute, Eleven Young Elephants was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enzo Perez to maneuver through the defense. In the 22nd minute, Miguel Miralles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcos Cotilla came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Eleven Young Elephants's Zlatko Zahovič. But to his dismay, Zlatko Zahovič quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Abraham Alguacil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Isidoro Sarmiento hit a great ball. After 37 played minutes Eleven Young Elephants got a freekick which was hit by Carlo Camilleri. Panama's Tomas Berganza got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severino Bueno in the 42nd minute of play. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Darren Carabott in the 42nd minute of play. Abraham Alguacil had several of the Eleven Young Elephants's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 45 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-1 score and a disappointed Aaron Tanti as he didn't even see the shot coming. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severino Bueno in the 51st minute of play. 53 minutes into the game, Qu Peng Kang was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Eleven Young Elephants's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Panama the free kick. A collision led to Eleven Young Elephants getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Qu Peng Kang hit a great ball. With a little luck, Panama's Marcos Cotilla got control of the ball when Darren Carabott tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aaron Tanti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aaron Barrios kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. António Silva charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed António Silva the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Eleven Young Elephants getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. António Silva hit a great ball. 71 minutes into the match, Eleven Young Elephants's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Aaron Tanti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomas Berganza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severino Bueno in the 77th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eleven Young Elephants were awarded a corner in the 79th minute after Panama's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Fabio Savona took the corner. Severino Bueno might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcos Cotilla. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Severino Bueno ran back to his position shaking his head. Aaron Tanti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Panama's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
