Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Alonso Snider made the kick off which started today's match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 2nd minute of play forced San Antonio HotSPURS's goalkeeper Cesar Donio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Weldon Gibbs kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 6th minute. After 12 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Artemio Norino who took care of the corner kick. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Cesar Donio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cesar Donio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 18th minute of play. Alonso Snider sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. San Antonio HotSPURS's Alonso Snider got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alonso Snider's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. 38 minutes into the game, Alonso Snider cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Julio Vera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. 59 minutes into the match, San Antonio HotSPURS's Alonso Snider sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alonso Snider in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. A well-hit corner resulted in Antonio Corley heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Camilo Gisbert hit a great ball. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alonso Snider, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 69th minute of the match, Daniel Zorita got a very nice opportunity to score, but Cesar Donio was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alonso Snider in the 72nd minute of play. 74 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Cesar Donio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. San Antonio HotSPURS's Stefanos Kassanos was substituted for Jarod Davison. San Antonio HotSPURS's Cary Wright was substituted for Stewart Pritchard. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alonso Snider, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alonso Snider in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. San Antonio HotSPURS made a substitution. Micah Alston replaced Antonio Corley. The Ecuador players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented San Antonio HotSPURS from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
