Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Axel Tasis got the match started through his kick off. If Eliseo Noboa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Air Football's goalkeeper Jean Mota, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Costa Rica's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Hieronim Adamus 11 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. In the 13th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Axel Tasis to maneuver through the defense. After 15 minutes, Stanislaw Bartochowski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Air Football and the Costa Rica players grew even worse after the yellow card. Air Football's attentive Tytus Sokol managed to snatch the ball when Abel Carballo made a throw-in in the 20th minute of the game. Axel Tasis's late challenge caught a Air Football's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Axel Tasis helped the player get up and apologised. Axel Tasis kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. In the 23rd minute, Eliseo Noboa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 25 minutes into the game, Air Football's Hieronim Adamus nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Hieronim Adamus might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benito Sanz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hieronim Adamus ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 36th minute, Jacek Siwek made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Alan Moruga charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alan Moruga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Hieronim Adamus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jacek Siwek was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Costa Rica booed when Air Football was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Igor Ziomkowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jean Mota acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 52nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Axel Tasis. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Air Football's Tomasz Buda. But to his dismay, Tomasz Buda quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. 62 minutes into the game, Igor Pruss cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 65 played minutes, Costa Rica's Alan Moruga shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jean Mota came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Costa Rica reached it. If Eliseo Noboa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 71st minute Axel Tasis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jean Mota saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Axel Tasis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 77 minutes into the match, Jacek Siwek had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jacek Siwek was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. If Eliseo Noboa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stanislaw Bartochowski hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hieronim Adamus in the 89th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jacek Siwek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. Air Football walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
