Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The supporters of Szuperbeton booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomas Illescas didn't get a good kick on the ball. 8 minutes in the game, Jeoffrey Vermeulen fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. The Szuperbeton fans' excitement grew in the 10th match minute when Szuperbeton's Gertjan Lanphan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 13thth minute of the game Gertjan Lanphan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 15th match minute, Szuperbeton was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pierre De Swert to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute Stephen Waron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gertjan Lanphan in the 22nd minute of play. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Volodymyr Zelenskiy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Gertjan Lanphan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Gertjan Lanphan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 32 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Gertjan Lanphan came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Szuperbeton's Gertjan Lanphan was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 42nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Yoeri Laureijs hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Gertjan Lanphan in the 54th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 60th minute, Jonathan Venegas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Volodymyr Zelenskiy made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 66th minute. Szuperbeton's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Pierre De Swert in the 70th minute. A nice corner shot did that Pierre De Swert got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jonathan Ferrant quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Szuperbeton's Volodymyr Zelenskiy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Szuperbeton from getting a goal against them. In the 73rd minute Venezuela were awarded a corner. Tomas Illescas went to the cornerflag to take it. After 74 minutes, Pierre De Swert mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Szuperbeton and the Venezuela players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Szuperbeton getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Pierre De Swert hit a great ball. Tomas Illescas was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 77th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Volodymyr Zelenskiy made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 82nd minute. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Volodymyr Zelenskiy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 86th minute of play. Stephen Waron fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. In the 89th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Illescas to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robben Demeulemeester, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Szuperbeton's Stephen Waron got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
