Eliseo Mina made a great header on Peru's corner, it was just that forsal FC's Válter Tasso managed to reach the ball for a save. Válter Tasso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julian Murillo's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. A collision led to Peru getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Eliseo Mina hit a great ball. Luz Tejedor's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Válter Tasso firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 32nd minute of the match, Julian Murillo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Válter Tasso saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Luz Tejedor scored 2-0 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Válter Tasso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 44th minute Alfonso Aquilino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Julian Murillo made a kick off. Arturo Barbanti kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 58th minute of play forced forsal FC's goalkeeper Válter Tasso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Válter Tasso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 64th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Válter Tasso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Válter Tasso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luz Tejedor in the 65th minute of the match. Peru's Rolando Noboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Peru from getting a goal against them. In the 72nd minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Válter Tasso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Peru's Alonso Berganza managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Arturo Barbanti in the 74 minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Peru's Alonso Berganza got a free kick in the 74th minute. The supporters of Peru booed when forsal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Attilio Bordon didn't get a good kick on the ball. 78 minutes into the match, forsal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Válter Tasso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. Elia Bucciarelli made in the 82nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Emiliano Lucchetta however managed to control. Attilio Bordon hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Rafael Gallo scored 4-0 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Válter Tasso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Peru were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of forsal FC for a fine match.
