Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Daniel Zorita kicked off to start the match. Recep Tayyip Özaktuğ made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 3rd minute of play. Recep Tayyip Özaktuğ showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 11th minute after Piano Sonata's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Daniel Zorita got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Recep Tayyip Özaktuğ quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Piano Sonata's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Patrik Schick in the 16th minute. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. In the 25th minute, Kutlay Erdemir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 26th minute Agustín Saelices shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Recep Tayyip Özaktuğ saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Neto Edmundo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. In the 30th minute, Felix Montenegro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Recep Tayyip Özaktuğ showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 32nd minute of the match. After having played for 53 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Daniel Zorita's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Recep Tayyip Özaktuğ firmly grabbed it by the left post. When Kutlay Erdemir fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Piano Sonata's protests and gave Kutlay Erdemir a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Piano Sonata getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Kutlay Erdemir hit a great ball. Recep Tayyip Özaktuğ made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. If Barnabé Junior had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Recep Tayyip Özaktuğ came out and tried to block the shot, but Cristian Sancho slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 75th minute. Cristian Sancho hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. In the 78th match minute, Piano Sonata was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Barnabé Junior to maneuver through the defense. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Recep Tayyip Özaktuğ made a huge save. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barnabé Junior in the 83rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Neto Edmundo in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Ecuador had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
