A nice corner shot did that Diego Bradley got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Arif Ozan Oğuztan quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. USA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cassius Byrne in the 16th minute. Arif Ozan Oğuztan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monty Rogers in the 17th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Monty Rogers in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arif Ozan Oğuztan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cirilo Ritchie in the 57th minute of play. Marco Day came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Arrecifes's Carlos Eufrasio. But to his dismay, Carlos Eufrasio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Arrecifes made a substitution. Hipolito Laurendi replaced Natanael Matorin. In the 70th match minute, Arrecifes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kevin De Bruyne to maneuver through the defense. USA's Sam Campbell was substituted for Cassius Byrne. With a left leg Marco Day saved USA from getting behind. Modesto Gipuzkoa made a great header on Arrecifes's corner, it was just that USA's Marco Day managed to reach the ball for a save. When the final whistle went the supporters of Arrecifes were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant USA side.
