Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Diego Manex started the match with the kick off. Saverio Gonchan came out of the goal in the 2nd minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Alberto Tafalla. But to his dismay, Alberto Tafalla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 5th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saverio Gonchan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Manex in the 10th minute of play. Joel Gaona took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Saverio Gonchan. Saverio Gonchan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 16th minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saverio Gonchan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Saverio Gonchan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 17th minute of the match. In the 24th match minute, Cieneguita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristobal Cefero to maneuver through the defense. Saverio Gonchan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alberto Tafalla's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luca Zorita in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Saverio Gonchan saved Cieneguita from getting behind. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 45th minute, Joel Gaona got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Cieneguita getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Victorino Bastia hit a great ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The wind increased when Joel Gaona made the kick off in the second half. Saverio Gonchan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luca Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Cieneguita's Saverio Gonchan got control of the ball when Joel Gaona tried to sneak it across the goal line. Evelio Donzel hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. In the 64th minute, Delmiro Gilesindo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 70th minute of play forced Cieneguita's goalkeeper Saverio Gonchan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Facundo Cadaval had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 74th match minute, Cieneguita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristobal Cefero to maneuver through the defense. Cieneguita's Saverio Gonchan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 76th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Cieneguita's Delmiro Gilesindo got a free kick in the 79th minute. In the 81st minute Cristian Ur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 85th minute, Diego Manex left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cieneguita fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Cristian Ur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Saverio Gonchan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 92nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Ur in the 96th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle sounded Mexico left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Cieneguita.
