Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when 乔战光 took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, 宋夕轩 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and 宋夕轩 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 5 played minutes 四川炁 got a freekick which was hit by 宋夕轩. 乔战光 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Benito Sanz made a huge save. If Lautaro Puig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 14 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 石国庭. In the 17th minute, 乔战光 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lautaro Puig during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 21st minute, Lautaro Puig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, 乔战光 managed to get in a good position for a shot. 四川炁's supporters rose to their feet, but 乔战光 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benito Sanz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Boris Josefsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 27th minute Axel Tasis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arkadiusz Moizuk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th minute Costa Rica were awarded a corner. Axel Tasis went to the cornerflag to take it. The supporters of 四川炁 booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Efrain Moruga didn't get a good kick on the ball. 32 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 乔战光. In the 36th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliseo Noboa to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 39 minutes, Benito Sanz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 46th minute, 乔战光 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0.

The wind increased when Axel Tasis made the kick off in the second half. 蒋南青 charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed 蒋南青 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 52nd minute, one of 四川炁:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for 四川炁. Alan Moruga hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. 64 minutes into the game, 四川炁's 乔战光 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by 乔战光 in the 67th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If 乔战光 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 乔战光 in the 71st minute of play. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by 四川炁's 乔战光. But to his dismay, 乔战光 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. After 77 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Efrain Moruga. If 乔战光 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 乔战光 in the 82nd minute of play. If Boris Josefsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 86th minute 乔战光 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 87th minute of the match 四川炁 got a corner. Costa Rica's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Boris Josefsson ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led 四川炁's Boris Josefsson to fire away a dangerous shot which Benito Sanz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 92 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when 乔战光 came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 石国庭 in the 98th minute of play. 四川炁's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
