Cirilo Ritchie's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dante Lacasa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Modesto Gipuzkoa kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. After 39 minutes of play, Arrecifes's Cirilo Ritchie made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dante Lacasa was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Mexico players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Arrecifes were winning 1-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joel Gaona to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Luca Zorita got a free kick in the 80th minute. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Luca Rouco hit a great ball. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Modesto Gipuzkoa in the 88th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Senon in the 92nd minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 94th minute, 杜斐志 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
