The Titleist fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 13th minute, Rikard Olaussen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Rikard Olaussen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lautaro Navarro having to interfere. After having played for 22 minutes, Christian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honduras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 24 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Gunnar Lundgård came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gunnar Lundgård received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Lautaro Navarro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Titleist's Rikard Olaussen got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 33rd minute, Gunnar Lundgård ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lautaro Navarro was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Gunnar Lundgård recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Ole-Petter Anda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Martin Irgens made in the 43rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Gunnar Lundgård. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rikard Olaussen in the 44th minute of play. Gunnar Lundgård recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ole-Petter Anda kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The supporters of Titleist booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Milagros Cabal didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 55th minute of the game Martin Irgens made a throw-in which Jan-Kenneth Brynildsen played forward. Luca Espinar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 76thth minute of the game Edmundo Espiga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Titleist's Isidoro Elequemedo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lautaro Navarro was out of position in the 85 minute of play, and Rikard Olaussen capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Rikard Olaussen really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. The audience was convinced that Edmundo Espiga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Isidoro Elequemedo was relentless in the 96th minute of the game.
