Eliseo Noboa ran back to his position shaking his head. Eliseo Noboa made in the 9th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by México Eterno MZC's Silvério Vidal. After a defensive mix-up in México Eterno MZC's zone, Lautaro Puig stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maurinho Simões came out of the goal and Lautaro Puig tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eliseo Noboa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maurinho Simões having to interfere. 15 minutes into the match, Axel Tasis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Maurinho Simões. México Eterno MZC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Axel Tasis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Axel Tasis who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 21stth minute tested the skills of Maurinho Simões when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Efrain Moruga made in the 22nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by México Eterno MZC's Silvério Vidal. Juan Rubio got a throw-in 28 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Lautaro Puig. México Eterno MZC's attentive Váldson França managed to snatch the ball when Hugo Ferrant made a throw-in in the 32nd minute of the game. Maurinho Simões made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Puig in the 33rd minute. The supporters of Costa Rica booed when México Eterno MZC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvério Vidal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maurinho Simões showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Tasis in the 54th minute of the match. México Eterno MZC's Silvério Vidal managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Efrain Moruga in the 55 minute of the game. Eliseo Noboa kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. México Eterno MZC's Edmílson Prestes quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Eliseo Noboa, made in the 59th minute of the game. Lautaro Puig recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 66 minutes into the match, México Eterno MZC's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Tasis came free, but Maurinho Simões reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Lautaro Puig in the 67th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by México Eterno MZC's Váldson França. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Axel Tasis in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maurinho Simões prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lautaro Puig might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Maurinho Simões. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lautaro Puig ran back to his position shaking his head. Silvério Vidal lost his temper 77 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The supporters of Costa Rica booed when México Eterno MZC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvério Vidal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maurinho Simões took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Tasis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The throw-in from Lautaro Puig in the 82nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by México Eterno MZC's Carlitos Tevez. Juan Rubio made in the 83rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by México Eterno MZC's Franklin Vinhas. In the 87th minute, Axel Tasis made a precise shot to the right of Maurinho Simões. México Eterno MZC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Noboa in the 90th minute of play forced México Eterno MZC's goalkeeper Maurinho Simões to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eliseo Noboa made in the 94th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by México Eterno MZC's Dráuzio Luz. México Eterno MZC's Váldson França managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Hugo Ferrant in the 95 minute of the game. Carlitos Tevez was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 98th minute. México Eterno MZC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Costa Rica had won after a very even match.
