Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Yetkiner Yasun started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Octav Romaşcanu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Octav Romaşcanu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yetkiner Yasun, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. 11 minutes into the match, Yetkiner Yasun notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yetkiner Yasun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iulian Iancu, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 23rd match minute, FC Lutanu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iulian Iancu to maneuver through the defense. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Lutanu's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Axel Tasis was slow to take the kick. During this time Costa Rica's players had a chance to rest. Yetkiner Yasun took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After 32 minutes, Octav Romaşcanu made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Yetkiner Yasun's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benito Sanz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. Yetkiner Yasun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iulian Iancu in the 40th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 42 minutes into the match, Iulian Iancu notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Lutanu's goalkeeper Irinel Soneriu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Yetkiner Yasun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Axel Tasis to make the kick off. The throw-in from Hugo Ferrant in the 53rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC Lutanu's Șerban Negulici. After 55 played minutes FC Lutanu got a freekick which was hit by Octav Romaşcanu. 57 minutes into the match, Yetkiner Yasun dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Benito Sanz, 0-5. Benito Sanz didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when FC Lutanu's Yetkiner Yasun shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-7 in the ordered_time% minute. Benito Sanz made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Yetkiner Yasun sent off a good shot on target. 70 minutes into the game, Octav Romaşcanu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Yetkiner Yasun, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 75 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Benito Sanz was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Yetkiner Yasun took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-9. Benito Sanz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Yetkiner Yasun in the 86th minute. Yetkiner Yasun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yetkiner Yasun got free with Benito Sanz in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yetkiner Yasun in the 92nd minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octav Romaşcanu in the 95th minute of the match. After 96 minutes of play, FC Lutanu's Yetkiner Yasun made it 0-11 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Sanz was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the final whistle sounded FC Lutanu left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Costa Rica.
