The crowd rose to their feet as Maxim Tilea kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 2-0 in the 17 minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Illescas in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Man Fish prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Angelo Quintela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mai Shu Yang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Angelo Quintela scored 3-0 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 34th minute, Mai Shu Yang got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 35 minutes of play, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Man Fish was left in no man's land by his defense there! The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

In the 51st minute Maxim Tilea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Man Fish tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 84 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 85 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maxim Tilea in the 90th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Arrebimba o Malho SLB fans' excitement grew in the 90th match minute when Arrebimba o Malho SLB's Maxim Tilea looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Joshua Secada hit a great ball. Arrebimba o Malho SLB walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
