Venezuela were awarded a corner in the 16th minute after Jareniówka SSA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tomas Illescas took the corner. Wawrzyniec Jajko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 17th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Flavio Abascal. In the 31st minute, Melquiades Odon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jareniówka SSA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 36 minutes had been played when some careless play by Venezuela's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ertunç Usun was slow to take the kick. During this time Jareniówka SSA's players had a chance to rest. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Jareniówka SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kazimierz Charlap didn't get a good kick on the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 43 minutes, Jonathan Ferrant successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. A collision led to Jareniówka SSA getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Kazimierz Charlap hit a great ball. Hugon Jaszyna hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Illescas made a kick off. In the 53rd minute of the game Kazimierz Charlap made a throw-in which Fabian Kosel played forward. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a free kick in the 56th minute. 57 minutes into the match, Jareniówka SSA's goalkeeper Wawrzyniec Jajko had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Illescas. Patricio Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 59th minute, Jonathan Venegas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 62ndth minute of the game Melquiades Odon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Tomas Illescas kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Wawrzyniec Jajko. That made the score 1-1 in the 64 minute of play. In the 69th minute, Melquiades Odon made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Tomas Illescas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wawrzyniec Jajko read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Melquiades Odon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Melquiades Odon came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Jareniówka SSA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Melquiades Odon couldn't finish the play. An unexpected shot in the 91st minute by Tomas Illescas got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Jareniówka SSA's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
