Thanks to some nice moves Wanderson Mello could shoot a difficult shot in the 9th minute, which Lautaro Navarro however easily saved by the left post. Alex Sabóia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edmundo Espiga went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. The throw-in from Jano Meira in the 14th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Honduras's Esteban Carvallo. Alex Sabóia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 14th minute of the match. Sebastian Villa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 24th minute, Frédson Matos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 25 minutes into the game, Sebastian Villa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Alex Sabóia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 29 minutes, Wanderson Mello managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fahl Malvadão FC™'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Wanderson Mello was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Luiz Guilherme Matorin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th minute, Edmundo Espiga made a precise shot to the right of Alex Sabóia. Fahl Malvadão FC™'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. 39 minutes into the game, Edmundo Espiga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Alex Sabóia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 43 minutes into the match, Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frédson Matos. After 43 minutes of play, Fahl Malvadão FC™'s Frédson Matos made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lautaro Navarro was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Fahl Malvadão FC™ booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmundo Espiga didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 47th minute, Fahl Malvadão FC™'s Frédson Matos ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-5. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-5 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Wanderson Mello to strike the kick off in the second half. Honduras's Edmundo Espiga got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 55th minute, Edmundo Espiga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Frédson Matos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edmundo Espiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Alex Sabóia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 67th minute, Wanderson Mello ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lautaro Navarro was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-5. 70 minutes in the game Jano Meira did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Roberto Modestio. After 72 minutes, Luiz Guilherme Matorin made it 4-5 with a short kick to the right side. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frédson Matos in the 76th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Milagros Cabal got a free kick in the 77th minute. In the 80th minute, Luiz Guilherme Matorin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fahl Malvadão FC™'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edmundo Espiga was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-7. Honduras's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
