Bertrand Sielens hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. If Mariano Lacasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 30 played minutes FC Klavertje Vier got a freekick which was hit by Bertrand Sielens. In the 32ndth minute of the game Celedonio Kemen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chile's Thiago Pliego was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bertrand Sielens hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Philipp Van Kestbeek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute FC Klavertje Vier were awarded a corner. Iwan Marchefka went to the cornerflag to take it. Celedonio Kemen hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Mariano Lacasa took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zabulón Carabajal. Zabulón Carabajal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Philipp Van Kestbeek to strike the kick off in the second half. FC Klavertje Vier's Zabulón Carabajal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save FC Klavertje Vier from getting a goal against them. In the 56th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zabulón Carabajal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Klavertje Vier's Claude Montens was substituted for Joery Hylen. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celedonio Kemen in the 62nd minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mariano Lacasa was slow to take the kick. During this time Chile's players had a chance to rest. Chile were awarded a corner in the 81th minute after FC Klavertje Vier's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mariano Lacasa took the corner. After some careless play in the FC Klavertje Vier defense, Mariano Lacasa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zabulón Carabajal. The FC Klavertje Vier fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zabulón Carabajal should have stopped the shot. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Mariano Lacasa got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 0-4. 88 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mariano Lacasa got free with Zabulón Carabajal in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 94 played minutes FC Klavertje Vier got a freekick which was hit by Georges-Philippe Jooris. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Chile walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
