Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alfons Stål was the one to do the kick off. Leo Björling showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 79th minute of the match, Lautaro Mancebo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Leo Björling was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfons Stål in the 85th minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Bondeträsk FC's goalkeeper Leo Björling had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alberto Tafalla. In the 91st minute, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Leo Björling. Leo Björling yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-6. Mexico's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
