After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Knut Collin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bondeträsk FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Knut Collin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dante Lacasa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Anton Grep charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Knut Collin kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. In the 46th match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorenzo Cazalla to maneuver through the defense. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lautaro Mancebo made a kick off. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alberto Tafalla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leo Björling showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Oscar Haraldsson hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Luca Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alberto Tafalla might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leo Björling. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alberto Tafalla ran back to his position shaking his head. 66 minutes into the match, Bondeträsk FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Leo Björling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leo Björling made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Alberto Tafalla sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Leo Björling in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 71 played minutes Bondeträsk FC got a freekick which was hit by Sven-Erik Mattsson. Luca Zorita struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Leo Björling didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. Facundo Cadaval fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leo Björling having to interfere. Bondeträsk FC's Leo Björling proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Bondeträsk FC from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Alfons Stål's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dante Lacasa was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. Leo Björling stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alberto Tafalla's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 87th minute. Macos Graciani was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 90th minute, Lautaro Mancebo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Bondeträsk FC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Lars Stenström hit a great ball. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
