Pedro Manzanares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for River CBBA. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Funes in the 9th minute of play. With a little luck, Colombia's Pedro Manzanares got control of the ball when Juan Funes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pedro Manzanares was a little too slow when Varis Birgelis got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 17th minute. The score was now 1-0. 19 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Funes came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Axel Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. River CBBA's Marcelo Barovero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Montenegro in the 22nd minute of play. In the 25thth minute of the game Abram Sarmiento who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but River CBBA's Marcelo Barovero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Colombia from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Argoitz Abeijon in the 32nd minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 33 minutes into the match, River CBBA's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Montenegro came free, but Marcelo Barovero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Colombia were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after River CBBA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Axel Montenegro took the corner. The corner ended in Joshua Garrido almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but River CBBA's Marcelo Barovero did a great save. The Colombia fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when Colombia's Joshua Garrido looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Axel Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Marcelo Barovero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Axel Montenegro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcelo Barovero read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Varis Birgelis, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. River CBBA's Marcelo Barovero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 45th minute of play.

The wind increased when Abram Sarmiento made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Santino Seco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Colombia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Pedro Manzanares stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Argoitz Abeijon's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Argoitz Abeijon took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. 60 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Argoitz Abeijon came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hector Enrique blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Manzanares having to make a save. In the 62nd minute Hector Enrique shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 65 minutes of play, River CBBA's Juan Funes made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Manzanares was left in no man's land by his defense there! River CBBA made a substitution. Simon Gustafson replaced Varis Birgelis. After 72 played minutes Colombia got a freekick which was hit by Pascual Carballar. Ponciano Abarca struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. In the 80th minute of the match, Abram Secada tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Marcelo Barovero saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Abram Secada succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-3 in the 80th playminute. River CBBA's Arano Abendano was substituted for Hector Enrique. 86 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Ponciano Abarca came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Colombia's Kevin Mastache got a free kick in the 93rd minute. In the 95th minute, Ponciano Abarca made a precise shot to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-3. For all the effort they put into the match, the Colombia players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for River CBBA.
