Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Mexico's Joel Gaona started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute Robert Kornasiewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 6th minute of play forced io.dasola's goalkeeper Szczepan Ciechocki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 7th minute. 11 minutes into the match, io.dasola's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Szczepan Ciechocki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Kornasiewicz in the 14th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dante Lacasa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Robert Kornasiewicz's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. io.dasola were awarded a corner in the 16th minute after Mexico's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Robert Kornasiewicz took the corner. In the 21st minute Herminio Vitin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alberto Tafalla struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Szczepan Ciechocki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. Szczepan Ciechocki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 30th minute of play. In the 31st minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. Mexico's Facundo Cadaval was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Szczepan Ciechocki in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Sylwester Kolano managed to get in a good position for a shot. io.dasola's supporters rose to their feet, but Sylwester Kolano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dante Lacasa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alberto Tafalla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Szczepan Ciechocki read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sylwester Kolano was the one to do the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Lautaro Mancebo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Szczepan Ciechocki. That made the score 0-1 in the 52 minute of play. Adriano Falasca hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. A collision led to io.dasola getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Adriano Falasca hit a great ball. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67th minute, Luca Rouco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of io.dasola booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonardo Leoz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 86 minutes into the match, Mexico's Joel Gaona sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Szczepan Ciechocki narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 87 minutes had been played when some careless play by io.dasola's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 91st minute of play forced io.dasola's goalkeeper Szczepan Ciechocki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Robert Kornasiewicz kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Szczepan Ciechocki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
