Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joel Gaona started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 4th minute of play forced Bastion Juźkowa's goalkeeper Grzegorz Duszenski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 5 minutes Bastion Juźkowa's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luca Rouco in the 6th minute of play forced Bastion Juźkowa's goalkeeper Grzegorz Duszenski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Grigoris Charalambidis got free with Dante Lacasa in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Grigoris Charalambidis struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Dante Lacasa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bastion Juźkowa. Grzegorz Duszenski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 17th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Alberto Tafalla notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Bastion Juźkowa's Grzegorz Duszenski. Grzegorz Duszenski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 20 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Grigoris Charalambidis came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22nd minute of the match Bastion Juźkowa got a corner. Mexico's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hieronim Boruta ran over to the corner to take the kick. Bastion Juźkowa's Grzegorz Duszenski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 29th minute of play. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Bastion Juźkowa's goalkeeper Grzegorz Duszenski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 33 minutes Bastion Juźkowa's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Joel Gaona got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Grzegorz Duszenski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Bastion Juźkowa's Froilan Erlantz quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Grigoris Charalambidis to strike the kick off in the second half. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Grigoris Charalambidis in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 53rd minute, Lautaro Mancebo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Facundo Cadaval kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Facundo Cadaval hit a great ball. 58 minutes into the match, Bastion Juźkowa's Grigoris Charalambidis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dante Lacasa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 60 minutes Mexico's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Hieronim Boruta who took care of the corner kick. When Joel Gaona came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Gaona couldn't finish the play. Dante Lacasa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hugon Gongola went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. 70 minutes into the game, Leonardo Leoz threw the ball into play from the sideline. Bastion Juźkowa's Froilan Erlantz quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Alberto Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Grzegorz Duszenski having to interfere. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfred Siggman in the 84th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alfred Siggman in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dante Lacasa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 88 minutes into the game, Bastion Juźkowa's Froilan Erlantz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dante Lacasa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Alfred Siggman kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Dante Lacasa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alfred Siggman's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. Mexico were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
