Marshall Graham sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Curacao were furious when Charles Cox was red carded, 41 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Stanley Wallace was the one to do the kick off. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kuzman Berišaj in the 54th minute of play. Bruno Barrett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joakim Šupelkov in the 56th minute of the match. In the 63rd minute, Rocco Owen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 64 played minutes Curacao got a freekick which was hit by Bertie Johnson. The audience held their breath when Atanas Pančev in the 66th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Bruno Barrett's left hand side. Bruno Barrett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Živko Jordanovski, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Kuzman Berišaj did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-2 to the left of a surprised Bruno Barrett 82 minutes into the match. After having played for 86 minutes, Vase Cuculoski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DREAM ALBANIA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vase Cuculoski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Stanley Wallace sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bruno Barrett made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Vase Cuculoski sent off a good shot on target. In the 95th minute, Kyle Davies hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Curacao fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. DREAM ALBANIA were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
