Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tomas Illescas kicked off to start the match. 6 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mauro's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tomas Illescas was slow to take the kick. During this time Venezuela's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Venezuela's Tomas Illescas to fire away a dangerous shot which Lu Hong Qiang despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Mauro's Lu Hong Qiang played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jose Correa in the 7th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Mauro's Islam Slimani. But to his dismay, Islam Slimani quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Miroslaw Lanczak hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Lu Hong Qiang took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Karol Kinic recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Mauro's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lu Hong Qiang came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tymoteusz Mikulski made in the 22nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Stasio Przebendowski immediately put the ball in play. Lu Hong Qiang showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 25th minute of the match. A collision led to Mauro getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Tymoteusz Mikulski hit a great ball. In the 34th minute of the match, Karol Kinic tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jonathan Ferrant saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Lu Hong Qiang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 38th minute of play. In the 40th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Costa to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Mauro getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Karol Kinic hit a great ball.

Miroslaw Lanczak hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas tried to score from far away in the 52nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karol Kinic, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Venegas to maneuver through the defense. Barnaba Falke took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 61st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Islam Slimani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karol Kinic in the 67th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karol Kinic in the 72nd minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicola Zalewski in the 75th minute of the match. After 77 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Illescas. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Karol Kinic managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mauro's supporters rose to their feet, but Karol Kinic was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karol Kinic in the 81st minute of the match. In the 85th minute of the match Venezuela got a corner. Mauro's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tomas Illescas ran over to the corner to take the kick. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lu Hong Qiang having to interfere. The supporters of Mauro booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Gaos didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Mauro's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lu Hong Qiang came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Venezuela's attentive Patricio Costa managed to snatch the ball when Stasio Przebendowski made a throw-in in the 93rd minute of the game. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lu Hong Qiang having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 96th minute by Tomas Illescas got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The attack was good, but when Tomas Illescas in the 96th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Mauro were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Venezuela for a fine match.
