Gualter Roriz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mariano Lacasa went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andaka Mula in the 11th minute of play. Gualter Roriz made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Mariano Lacasa sent off a good shot on target. When Mariano Lacasa came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Chile fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mariano Lacasa couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andaka Mula in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thiago Pliego prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 36thth minute of the game Marcus Odin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chile's Thiago Pliego was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mariano Lacasa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Gualter Roriz made a huge save. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcus Odin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcus Odin made a kick off. In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcus Odin in the 52nd minute of the match. Gualter Roriz came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Chile's Mariano Lacasa. But to his dismay, Mariano Lacasa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. Gualter Roriz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 58th minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andaka Mula. In the 66th minute, Mariano Lacasa made a precise shot to the right of Gualter Roriz. Delta FS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-2. 68 minutes into the game, Mariano Lacasa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-2. Gualter Roriz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amedeo De Matteis in the 95th minute of play. Chile were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
