After a defensive mix-up in 『盛世メ名門』CON-E-CO's zone, Luis Andino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bibiano Barbosa came out of the goal and Luis Andino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Urbano Cevallo took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Bibiano Barbosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. 20 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bibiano Barbosa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Frans Escajadillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Servando Ariste in the 26th minute of play. 『盛世メ名門』CON-E-CO were awarded a corner in the 27th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Argider Lizundia took the corner. Bibiano Barbosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bibiano Barbosa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Through an outstanding action, after 40 minutes, Julio Vera successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Felix Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Bibiano Barbosa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Servando Ariste in the 47th minute of the match. 47 minutes into the game, 『盛世メ名門』CON-E-CO's Servando Ariste nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Vera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Toti Iglesias was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Ecuador booed when 『盛世メ名門』CON-E-CO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Argider Lizundia didn't get a good kick on the ball. 60 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bibiano Barbosa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 63rd minute of the game Primitivo Andino made a throw-in which Agustín Saelices played forward. Bibiano Barbosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agustín Saelices in the 64th minute of the match. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bibiano Barbosa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. In the 68th minute, Toti Iglesias left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 『盛世メ名門』CON-E-CO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. 『盛世メ名門』CON-E-CO's Bibiano Barbosa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save 『盛世メ名門』CON-E-CO from getting a goal against them. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toti Iglesias in the 78th minute of play. 84 minutes into the match, 『盛世メ名門』CON-E-CO's goalkeeper Bibiano Barbosa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Zorita in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bibiano Barbosa saved 『盛世メ名門』CON-E-CO from getting behind. Bibiano Barbosa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Daniel Zorita's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Toti Iglesias in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Toti Iglesias in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. Bibiano Barbosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andino in the 92nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toti Iglesias in the 99th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Many of Ecuador's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Ecuador may have spent more time on the ball, but 『盛世メ名門』CON-E-CO were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
