Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Curacao's Kyle Davies started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute, Arnoldo Lohitzun fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Bruno Barrett, passed just outside the right post. Kyle Davies's late challenge caught a Cosmos Urquiza's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kyle Davies helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Curacao's Kyle Davies got a free kick in the 11th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Curacao's zone, Arnoldo Lohitzun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Barrett came out of the goal and Arnoldo Lohitzun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Geronimo Caton took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Bruno Barrett to make any attempt to save it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Honorato Velasco in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bruno Barrett saved Curacao from getting behind. With an all-out effort, Cosmos Urquiza's Bruno Barrett threw himself towards the right post 33 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Arnoldo Lohitzun, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Geronimo Caton had several of the Curacao's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 35 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Bruno Barrett as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 39th minute Feliberto Panfilo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bruno Barrett made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Geronimo Caton sent off a good shot on target. Bruno Barrett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feliberto Panfilo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rd minute, Roberto-Carlos Kakatsios left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cosmos Urquiza fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Geronimo Caton to strike the kick off in the second half. Bertie Johnson hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Honorato Velasco, 52 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 54th minute, Geronimo Caton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 56 minutes into the match, Curacao's goal looked a bit too open when Feliberto Panfilo came free, but Bruno Barrett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bruno Barrett didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arnoldo Lohitzun went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. When Honorato Velasco came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Cosmos Urquiza fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Honorato Velasco couldn't finish the play. Natalio Delfino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 69 minutes into the match, Feliberto Panfilo notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Curacao's Bruno Barrett. Bruno Barrett was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Curacao defense, Geronimo Caton kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bruno Barrett. The Curacao fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bruno Barrett should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Honorato Velasco in the 79th minute of play forced Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Feliberto Panfilo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bruno Barrett read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. Bruno Barrett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geronimo Caton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Arnoldo Lohitzun managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cosmos Urquiza's supporters rose to their feet, but Arnoldo Lohitzun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bruno Barrett breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 85th minute, Feliberto Panfilo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bruno Barrett didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arnoldo Lohitzun went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 10-0 was the resulting score. Bruno Barrett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feliberto Panfilo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feliberto Panfilo in the 93rd minute of play forced Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Cosmos Urquiza's Feliberto Panfilo in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Curacao's goalie prevented a goal. Cosmos Urquiza walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
