Oğuzhan Er showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Naim Ökmen took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 16th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oğuzhan Er saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sarper Cesman hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Naim Ökmen in the 93rd minute of play. In the 94thth minute of the game Rıfat Erdem who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Cappadocia FC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
