Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mateo Mergildo started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Bar Scully came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lukáč Jančich made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Axel Tasis sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Atletico Lula booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abel Carballo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 11th minute, Abel Carballo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mateo Mergildo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With an all-out effort, Costa Rica's Lukáč Jančich threw himself towards the right post 20 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Axel Tasis, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ján Rudolf charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ján Rudolf the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 22nd match minute, Atletico Lula was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ján Rudolf to maneuver through the defense. Axel Tasis who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 24thth minute tested the skills of Lukáč Jančich when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Lukáč Jančich made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Puig in the 25th minute. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mateo Mergildo in the 27th minute of the match. The supporters of Atletico Lula booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abel Carballo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 31 minutes into the game, Aaron Alcocer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Costa Rica's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atletico Lula the free kick. The supporters of Atletico Lula booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Alcocer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benito Sanz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bar Scully's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Alan Moruga kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Aaron Alcocer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 46 played minutes Atletico Lula got a freekick which was hit by Ján Rudolf. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Axel Tasis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Atletico Lula getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Maros Dubovský hit a great ball. Mateo Mergildo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Costa Rica from getting a goal against them. Efrain Moruga charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Efrain Moruga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Efrain Moruga hit a great ball. In the 67th minute, Žigmund Kaminský got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Atletico Lula booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abel Carballo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maros Dubovský's late challenge caught a Costa Rica's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Maros Dubovský helped the player get up and apologised. Atletico Lula's Lukáč Jančich played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Noboa in the 75th minute of play. Bar Scully was extremely unlucky when he, in the 78th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Eliseo Noboa scored 1-0 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lukáč Jančich, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Bar Scully had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Abel Carballo charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abel Carballo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Abel Carballo hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mateo Mergildo went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Atletico Lula were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Costa Rica to leave the ground with a draw.
