Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Benedicto Bihar started the match with the kick off. Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's Batıkan Muhsin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Monty Rogers in the 3rd minute of play. In the 11th minute Jacob May shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Batıkan Muhsin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Cassius Byrne had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's Batıkan Muhsin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edward Mcdonald in the 17th minute of play. After some careless play in the Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC defense, Edward Mcdonald kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Batıkan Muhsin. The Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Batıkan Muhsin should have stopped the shot. Jacob May received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Batıkan Muhsin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Benedicto Bihar came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monty Rogers in the 25th minute of play forced Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's goalkeeper Batıkan Muhsin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. USA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cassius Byrne in the 26th minute. Batıkan Muhsin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edward Mcdonald, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 40th minute, Edward Mcdonald left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The USA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Marcel Méjean kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Batıkan Muhsin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cassius Byrne, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 45 minutes of play, USA's Cassius Byrne made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Batıkan Muhsin was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half USA were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedicto Bihar in the 52nd minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 53rd minute, Benedicto Bihar made a precise shot to the right of Marco Day. USA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Benedicto Bihar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Benedicto Bihar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marco Day breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Batıkan Muhsin was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Edward Mcdonald showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 76 minute of play. Seçkin Öksüzoğlu struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Marco Day didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC. Sam Campbell came free with the goalkeeper in the 87th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Batıkan Muhsin could save by the left post. Batıkan Muhsin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Baker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 89 minutes Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jenson Smith who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to USA's Diego Bradley getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. With an all-out effort, USA's Batıkan Muhsin threw himself towards the right post 92 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Khalid Parry, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Batıkan Muhsin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Khalid Parry, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. USA were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
